P is for POLITE. 'Please', 'Thank You' and 'I'm Sorry' can go a long way.
Q is for QUALITY. Always remember, it is about the quality of service that you provide.

S is for SMILE. Greet every customer with a smile; it is a universal message to let someone know they are welcome.
T is for TIMELINESS. Establish realistic turnaround times so that customers always know what to expect.
