A F.A.C.E. recipient is.....  

  • Approachable, friendly, helpful, polite, courteous, and understanding.
  • Trustworthy, honest, and fair.
  • Professional - in both conduct and appearance.
  • Flexible- both personally and when providing service(s).
  • Knowledgeable and competent.
  • An effective communicator (verbal, written, body language, tone, expression).

A F.A.C.E. recipient also:

  • Serves clients in a timely manner.
  • Displays a clear commitment to providing clients with results.
  • Solves problems and effectively resolves conflicts.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to always go the extra mile to satisfy a client's needs.
